1. Надавачі платіжних послуг, які для надання платіжних послуг залучили комерційних агентів або третіх осіб, яким передано виконання окремих операційних функцій, несуть відповідальність перед користувачами за діяльність таких осіб, пов’язану з наданням платіжних послуг, відповідно до умов укладених між ними договорів.
