1. Стягувач несе відповідальність під час виконання платіжних операцій відповідно до законодавства, що регулює діяльність таких осіб.
2. Стягувач несе відповідальність за обґрунтованість примусового списання (стягнення). Стягувач зобов’язаний відшкодувати платнику шкоду, заподіяну внаслідок необґрунтованого примусового списання (стягнення).
