Text of the article
1. Правоволоділець несе субсидіарну відповідальність за вимогами, що заявляються до користувача комерційної концесії у разі невідповідності якості товарів (робіт, послуг), які продаються (виконуються, надаються) користувачем.
2. За вимогами, що заявляються до користувача як виробника продукції (товарів) правоволодільця, останній відповідає солідарно з користувачем.
