Text of the article
1. Банки мають право придбавати за власні кошти засоби виробництва для передачі їх у лізинг з дотриманням вимог, встановлених у статті 292 цього Кодексу.
2. Загальні умови та порядок здійснення лізингових операцій визначаються законом про банки і банківську діяльність , іншими законодавчими актами, а також нормативно-правовими актами Національного банку України.
