1. Для забезпечення судів нормативно-правовими актами, спеціальною науковою літературою, матеріалами судової практики в кожному суді може створюватися бібліотека суду. Фонди бібліотеки формують друковані видання та комп’ютерні бази даних.
2. Положення про бібліотеку суду затверджується Державною судовою адміністрацією України.
