Text of the article

1. У разі відмови платника в оплаті чека чекодержатель має право пред'явити позов до суду. Чекодержатель має право вимагати крім оплати суми чека відшкодування своїх витрат на одержання оплати, а також процентів.

2. До вимог чекодержателя про оплату чека застосовується позовна давність в один рік.
