1. Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку веде Державний реєстр випусків цінних паперів у встановленому нею порядку.
2. Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку встановлює порядок доступу учасників ринків капіталу до інформації, що міститься в Державному реєстрі випусків цінних паперів. Такий доступ є безоплатним.
