Text of the article
1. Суддя, який підписав рішення, висновок, ухвалу про відмову у відкритті конституційного провадження у справі або про закриття конституційного провадження, може викласти окрему думку в строки, встановлені Регламентом .
2. Суддя викладає окрему думку в письмовій формі, що додається до відповідного акта Суду та без зволікання оприлюднюється на офіційному веб-сайті Суду.
