1. Органи та посадові особи місцевого самоврядування несуть відповідальність за свою діяльність перед територіальною громадою, державою, юридичними і фізичними особами.
2. Підстави, види і порядок відповідальності органів та посадових осіб місцевого самоврядування визначаються Конституцією України , цим та іншими законами.
