1. Діяльність з адміністрування недержавних пенсійних фондів - це професійна діяльність учасника фондового ринку - адміністратора недержавного пенсійного фонду, що провадиться ним за винагороду від свого імені та на підставі відповідного договору з недержавним пенсійним фондом.
2. Діяльність з адміністрування недержавних пенсійних фондів регулюється спеціальним законодавством.
