1. Визнання та виконання в Україні вироків міжнародних судових установ, а також прийняття осіб, засуджених такими судами до позбавлення волі, здійснюються згідно з правилами цього Кодексу на підставі міжнародного договору, згода на обов’язковість якого надана Верховною Радою України.
