Text of the article

1. Звернення стягнення на об’єкт довірчої власності за зобов’язаннями довірчого власника не допускається.

2. Кредитор боржника, який повністю виконав основне зобов’язання боржника перед довірчим власником, може вимагати звернення стягнення на об’єкт довірчої власності за зобов’язаннями довірчого засновника.
