1. Витрати, що виникли на території України у зв’язку з вирішенням питання про видачу особи, а також витрати, що виникли у зв’язку із транзитним перевезенням через територію іншої держави особи, яка видається Україні, вважаються процесуальними витратами згідно з цим Кодексом.
