Text of the article
1. Звернення до Суду надсилаються поштою або подаються безпосередньо до Секретаріату.
2. Попередню перевірку звернень до Суду здійснює Секретаріат.
3. Якщо конституційна скарга за формою не відповідає вимогам цього Закону, керівник Секретаріату повертає її суб’єкту права на конституційну скаргу.
Повернення конституційної скарги не перешкоджає повторному зверненню до Суду з дотриманням вимог цього Закону.
