1. Матеріали діяльності Суду зберігаються в Архіві Суду.
2. Матеріали справ, щодо яких Суд ухвалив рішення або надав висновок, зберігаються в Архіві Суду 100 років. Рішення та висновки Суду з особистими підписами суддів Конституційного Суду зберігаються в Архіві Суду безстроково.
3. Положення про Архів Суду затверджує Суд.
