1. Науково-консультативна рада утворюється при Конституційному Суді з числа висококваліфікованих фахівців у сфері права для підготовки наукових висновків з питань діяльності Конституційного Суду, що потребують наукового забезпечення.
2. Положення та склад Науково-консультативної ради затверджує Суд на своєму засіданні.
