1. На території спеціальної (вільної) економічної зони діє законодавство України з урахуванням особливостей, передбачених цим Кодексом, законом про загальні засади створення і функціонування спеціальних (вільних) економічних зон , а також законом про створення конкретної спеціальної (вільної) економічної зони, прийнятим відповідно до цього Кодексу.
