Text of the article

1. На усиновлення дитини, яка не має батьків і перебуває у закладі охорони здоров'я або навчальному закладі, потрібна письмова згода цього закладу.

Усиновлення може бути проведене без згоди цього закладу, якщо суд встановить, що усиновлення дитини відповідає її інтересам.
