Невиконання рішення виборчої комісії, комісії з референдуму, прийнятого в межах їх повноважень, -

тягне за собою накладення штрафу на громадян від п'ятнадцяти до двадцяти п'яти неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян і на посадових осіб - від тридцяти до п'ятдесяти неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян.
