1. Сторони медіації зобов’язані:
1) дотримуватися вимог цього Закону, договору про проведення медіації та правил проведення медіації;
2) виконувати угоду за результатами медіації в порядку і строки, встановлені такою угодою;
3) виконувати інші обов’язки, визначені законом.
