1. При вирішенні сімейного спору суд за заявою заінтересованої сторони може врахувати місцевий звичай, а також звичай національної меншини, до якої належать сторони або одна з них, якщо вони не суперечать вимогам цього Кодексу, інших законів та моральним засадам суспільства.
